Dear All,
Does Caco-2 permeability will correlate with compound absorbing through lymphatic transport?
Is there any paper showing correlation of Caco-2 permeability and lymphatic transport?
Thanks in advance
Regards
Sandip

Dear Sandip,
Lymphatic transport is primarily passive due to the leaky structure of
the peripheral lymphatics. Hence no correlation is expected between
Caco-2 permeability and lymphatic transport,
