Dear members of the group,
Could anyone share their experiences in derivatization of C20 leukotrienes (LTs). I am interested in performing pre-column derivatization of LTs that may enhance the UV-VIS absorbance of these compounds hoping that the reaction could proceed at room temperature. I would really appreciate if anyone could point me towards a reference that may be useful to achieve this. Thanking you
