I am researching Felodipine metabolism in human and rat and I am having trouble with a
couple of questions.
1) What is the specific 3A isozyme in rat that metabolizes Felodipine?
2) Are there other pathways of metabolism in rat or human? If so, what isozymes are
involved?
So far I can establish that 3A4 is the major pathway in man and that Felodipine is not a
substrate for human or rat P-gp.
Thanks so much for your help,
Rachel
