Dear all
Can anyone guide me to learn the molecules which showed in vitro metabolism and in vivo metabolism are different and distinctive?
In other words, In Vitro and In vivo disconnect in the metabolism of drugs-examples?
If so, what are the major reasons for the disconnect and how this can be predicted in early development (primarily from in vitro metabolism) ?
I am waiting to hear experts reply soon.
