  Dear all,
  
  I am trying to work on algorithm for permeability of drugs into tissues
  (not just intestinal permeability) for Permeability limited PBPK model.
  Is there a way i could determine P for all tissues based on invivo
  tissues and plasma data? I know we optimize it to estimate permeability
  surface area in modeling. Is there a way to seperate P and SA from the
  product?
  
  Also is the permeability dose dependent?
