Dear All
I am very grateful that if anyone can tell me how to use the software of WinNonlin to do
the PK-PD modeling analysis.
I have had the data including time-concentration-effect. Are these data enough or I need
more data for the modeling.
Thank you very much\0xFF01

Dear Alec!
Read the manuals first. See the chapter "Simultaneous PK/PD link models" in the User's
Guide and for a simple example "Simultaneous Link Model" in WinNonlin Examples Guide (all
version up to v5.3) in the folder programs\Pharsight\WinNonlin\User Docs\.
If you are running the latest version Phoenix/WinNonlin 6.2 see "PK/PD Linked Models" in
the User's Guide and "Modeling Examples > Indirect response model" in the Examples Guide
in the folder programs\Pharsight\Phoenix\docs\.
After that consider registering at Pharsight's Extranet: http://www.pharsight.com/extranet/
Good luck,
Helmut
