  I am looking in designing a single dose study with IOV.  Could someone please tell me how
  which is the best software i can use.
  I was thinking of using winpopt is there any other software I could use to decide on
  patient number and dosing interval.

  There are several software available one I used was Nenquire, you can
  also use SAS for N caculations, once you calculate N  you also have to
  factor drop out rate for arriving final N. Also GastroPlus can compute N
  ofr your clinical studies. Hopethis helps,
