I am looking for other suggestions on additives to prevent reaction of a small molecule
with the endogenous formaldehyde present in biomatrix. We have some LCMS evidence that the
reaction causes stability issues in our TK/PK samples. We have utilized hydroxylamine with
some success but would like to try other ideas. pH and temperature control lead to only
very modest improvements.
