Dear team,
I am quite confusion for one SDPK results that got it recently.
Mice SDPK,
dosing routine: iv (2 mg/kg), po (20 mg/kg), ip (20 mg/kg)
Results: iv showed a lttle but not large exposure.
po showed very poor plasma exposure, F% near 2%
ip obtained very high plasma exposure, F% 240%
Questions: Anybody can help me to explain
1) Why po exposure so poor, iv not good enough while ip so high.
2) the reasons of bioavailability (%F) of ip more than 200%
3) What's the specific PK for ip.
Thanks a lot!
Young
