  Dear All,
  
  I have a bio analytical method which is performing well in K3-EDTA Human  plasma with
  required selectivity, All i want to know is that can i use  this method to quantitate the
  analyte in K2-EDTA matrix? As there is no  change in Anticoagulant Anion.

  Run a curve and QC set in each and see! Anecdotal stuff doesn't
  slice the cheese or cut the mustard. And I believe one of the two may
  be kept as a liquid in the collection vial.
