I'm trying to put some slides on the theory of plasma kinetics of orally administered
controlled release products (zero order release) and i have this models
Xp=Kr/K[1+(1/Ka-K)(Ke^-Kat - Kae^-Kat)]
Kr: release, K: elimination, and Ka: absorption rate constants
X at steady state = Kr/K
Can you get an exact solution for time to reach 95% steady state,
i.e. when Xp = 0.95 Kr/K ?
