Dear Colleagues,
I would like to compare the bioavailability of two test products in comparison with a reference product. I will choose a three-way crossover design. I am not interested to find out the difference between the two test products, but I am interested to find out if there is any difference between the two test products in comparison with the reference product. I would be glad to know if there is any standard statistical software that can perform this task ? Is the calculation of confidence interval the same as a two-way crossover design ?
Please advise.

Dear Ken,
WinNonlin can do both the NCA computation as well as the BE assessment for a three treatment design. WinNonlin includes a BE wizard that examines your data and determines the appropriate statistical model automatically. Alternatively, you have the option of specifying your own model.
