Hi,
I met a problem when I calculate some data of population pk with winnonmix. The question is the example provided by Pharsight in the Example guide.pdf file was too brief to execute.
My data contains time, concentration,body weight,age and gender, and I want to develop a ppk model to analyse the relationship between these variables,
Can anyone give me a direction or guide or advice or anything help me to finish this? A step by step manual would be perfect!
Thank you very much!
Best Regards
Jiang

Jiang,
I have no experience with WinNonMix. However, there are different tools that can accomplish the same thing given an appropriate amount of effort. Some of these include:
- NONMEM (http://www.iconplc.com/technology/products/nonmem/)
- Monolix (http://www.monolix.org/)
- S-Adapt (http://bmsr.usc.edu/Software/ADAPT/SADAPTsoftware.html)
- scaRabee (http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/scaRabee/vignettes/scaRabee.pdf)
Depending on your needs this may or may not work for you.
Matt.

Jiang - as a licensed user of WinNonMix you are entitled to the free =
upgrade to Phoenix NLME;

This is a really nice tool supporting modeling and simulation of the =
effects you are looking for together with an interactive visual model =
builder; there are some recorded webinars you may find useful here;

In addition to support.aaa.pharsight.com we also host a user forum, where =
you can get tips and discuss models, Pharsight products with other =
users; www.pharsight.com/extranet

If you or any other users have not taken advantage of the possibilities =
of the new Phoenix platform and modelling engine I highly recommend =
you take a look at this independent review here;
