  Hi all,
  I am trying to understand and interpret various PK parameters and struck with
  understanding and interpretation of AUMC in PK. Therefore thought of seeking the help of
  this forum to better understand AUMC.
  
  What is the significance (utility) of AUMC in PK? (other than using it for the calculation
  of MRT)
  
  With AUMC data, what all information one can derive about PK behavior of an NCE in
  preclinical/clinical investigations?
  
  Further, regarding MRT;
  Which formula one should use to calculate MRT? (AUMC/AUC or Vss/CL)
