Hi,
Is there any suggestion for the level and /or therapeutic range of cyclosporine plasma
concentration when given in patients for autoimmune disorders and not for transplantation?
What about a trough range: 100-200 ug/ml?

Dear Mr.Ehab,
The trough levels of Cyclosporine when administered to Rheumatoid Arthritis subjects is in
the range of 96.4 +/- 37.7 ng/ml.
The Cmax is 728 +/- 263 ng/ml and AUC 2641 +/- 877ng.hr/ml.
AUC was measured over one dosing interval.
Trough concentration was measured just prior to the morning cyclosporine dose,
approximately 12 hours after the previous dose.

Thanks Dr Gunasakaran.
Can we establish trough level only as a trend of TDM of cyclosporine in
autoimmune disorder?
Does any one have a personal clinical experience as regards this issue ?
