Hello,
Our long-term goal is to do Bayesian modeling of cisplatin PK in blood and
peritoneal fluids. But for the short-term (since we are new to this software
package) we are following an example in the manual for MAP estimation and after
repeated, repeated attempts can't seem to resolve this error message:
"** Prior mean and covariance are 0 for all parameters - check Model File."
Any suggestions/comments?

Dear Alan,
In your model file, there is a subroutine called PRIOR were you need to put the
mean vector and covariance matrix (upper or lower diagonal) as you're a priori
Bayesian values. Probably you did not filled this part in your model file.
