Dear all,
Do you have a method, by positioning the animals/tongue differently to allow a
liquid formulation (viscous) to stay a longer time in contact with the gingival
mucosa, preferentially in the cavity inside? we know that the gingiva is steep
or almost vertical, the formulation will percolate and rapidly get at the bottom
after deposition under standard conditions.
Any comments/suggestions will be highly appreciated.
Regards,
Jack
