  Hello All,
  
  I am trying to use the Linear Mixed Effects module in Phoenix and I am having
  problems specifying the random effects using the "Variance structure Tab".
  I have a random intercept and slope model with both fixed and random effects on
  the same regressor variable. The model goes like this:
  
  Yij = bo+b1*concij+u1+u2*concij+eij
  
  And this statement in the Pheonix guide is confusing.
  
  "The same variable cannot be used in both the fixed effects specification and
  the random effects specification unless it is used differently......"
  
  I did try couple of ways of incorporating the model using the" random effects
  field"  but the estimates were totally off.
  
  Any help will be appreciated.
