Hi,
Could you let me know what is the percentage/total content/concentrations of MAO
(A, B) enzyme in Liver microsomes, liver S9 fractions and liver mitochondrial
preparation of preclinical species (mice, rat, rabbit and dog) and in human?
Other than Sumatriptan (Predominant MAO-A substrate), do we have any other
clinically used drug that is predominantly metabolized by MAO - A / B?
Pl provide some reference if possible.....
