Hi, everyone, I am working on a compound given as 10mg and 60mg single dose orally. I
found that both the dose normalized AUC and oral CL are higher at 10mg dose. I think there
is some non linearity going on. I am trying to model the PK data now, can someone discuss
about the possible mechanisms of higher dose normalized AUC and oral CL at lower dosage?

you can collect some fecal samples to see if the drug are well absorbed at 60mg.kg before
calculating PK parameters.
