Hi,

I am currently working up a Non-CYP mediated metabolism assay in S9 and am having some
trouble seeing activity in my FMO, Xanthine Oxidase and MAO tests. Aldehyde oxidase is
working fine though. I am inhibiting CYP by not adding the Cofactor NADPH. Might this have
an effect on the other enzymes?
