PharmPK Discussion - Salt PK Versus free base PK

  Hi all,
  This may sound naive but I could not gather much info on this. Under what circumstances
  salt PK of a compound would be inferior than its free base? (Almost 50% lesser). Please
  provide some literature reference (if possible).
