Dear colleagues, would anyone provide me the algebraic expressions for the time course (Plasma Ct)
of the central compartment and the peripheral compartment (Tissue Ct), for a 2 compartment model
with first order input in the central compartment and elimination from both the central and
peripheral compartment.

Hi Natarajan,
I just wanted to mention that the model you are trying may have some
identifiability issues related to it. If you measure concentrations in
the central compartment and that is the only measurement you have, you
cannot estimate all the parameters for a two-compartment model with
eliminations from both the central and the peripheral compartments. Your
software may provide estimates but those will be incorrect.
