If one reads between the lines of the following two articles, you will come to the conclusion
clonixin is a Class II BCS Classification..
1) Metabolism and pharmacokinetics of a new nonsteroid, anti-inflammatory agent,
2-(3-chloro-o-toluidino) nicotinic acid (clonixin) in rats, dogs and monkeys.
B Katchen, S Buxbaum, J Meyer, J Ning, Journal of Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics,
184(2):453-64 (1973).
2) The "high solubility" definition of the current FDA Guidance on Biopharmaceutical Classification
System may be too strict for acidic drugs.
Mehran Yazdanian, Katherine Briggs, Corinne Jankovsky, Amale Hawi, Pharmaceutical Research;
21(2):293-9 (2004).
