  Does anyone have reference(s) for the normal range of Day-7 cut off concentration (that predicts
  positive treatment outcome) for antimalarial drugs?
  I am interested in Lumefantrine, Piperaquine, Amodiaquine(Desethylamodiaquine) and Mefloquine.

  In one of our study on  Lumefantrine, the plasma drug concentration on 7 day (168 hour) was 0.163
  ug/ml in healthy human volunteers. The data is under process of publication.
