hello,
i am working on PK modelling of certain drug that is administered as IV bolus+infusion.the bolus
dose may be repeated more than once during infusion according to the patient's needs.i just want
your help on how to write AMT ,RATE,ADM in the excel sheet.and if there is any missing column to
encode for such dosing system.i am using MONOLIX432 s.
example:
at time zero the patient administered 60mg bolus and infusion started at a rate of 2 mg/min, then at
time 90(min) the patient administered 20 mg of the drug.infusion stops at time 100
IS THE FOLLOWING TABLE TRUE?
