Dear Friends

We are working on the single and multiple dose (herb) herb-drug PK interaction. Single dose drug
interaction is planned to be conducted using cross over design. What will be the better design to
study the multiple-dose (herb multiple dose + single dose of drug).

Dear colleague,

most probably you want to study the effect of the herbal drug on another drug.

Usually, maximal exposure for the anticipated perpetrator is used - i.e., you would administer herb
multiple doses to achieve steady state + a single dose of the other drug.
