Hello All,
I would like to know of any such method of determining the Ke0 parameter in PK/PD Link models
through graphical method
I have read in PK/PD data analysis book they have mentioned a method of calculating the slope of the
time vs effect curve by which we get Ke0
Ke0= log(E2/E1)/T2-T1

Is there any other graphical method or formula to calculate this parameter
