Dear All,

I'm using winonlin-phoenix modelling to simulate blood concentrations at different dosing regimens.
What I'd like to do as next step is the other way around i.e. simulate the dose for fixed blood
concentrations? Can anyone help me?

Is it also possible to simulate the dose that gives a fixed AUC or Cmax or Concentration at a
particular time point?

[If it is a linear PK model you could pick any dose, and rescale after the first simulation - db]
