Dear all,
I have performed Aldehyde oxidase assay for zoniporide in Human cytosol and Human S9 fraction based
on the following paper
"In Vitro-In Vivo Correlation for Intrinsic Clearance for Drugs Metabolized by Human Aldehyde
Oxidase" by Michael Zientek, Ying Jiang, Kuresh Youdim, and R. Scott Obach.
I am getting consistent results but when I am trying to calculate clearance it is not matching with
paper suggested value.
I feel some where I am missing the calculation.
Can anybody please explain me in detail the calculation part?
