I’ve just had a couple people email me about this topic; and I found the ACCP site has since
moved/retired those materials (and our own forum has moved too). However I did look in my back ups
and found the original PDFs from ACCP and also couple of re-worked examples in NLME that people may
find useful. If this is still useful to anyone then you can find some of the materials here at our
new forum.
