Hello,
I just bought the S9 Fraction from Thermo Fisher and I'm having some trouble finding a reliable
protocol for a buffer
I will be incubating the S9 Fraction together with a pro-drug in cell culture, to check for
citotonicity
Literature says: 'The S9 mixture was prepared by adding one volume of S9 (microsomal fraction
prepared from rat liver) to nine volumes of cofactor solution (MgCl2, KCl, glucose-6-phosphate,
NADPH and NADH in sodium phosphate buffer, pH 7.4)'
But I can't find a reliable cofactor solution recipe with the concentrations of each compound, does
anyone have one for me?
All help is welcome,
Thank you
Best regards,
