We are presently developing an HPLC assay for isoniazid and AcINH (in
plasma) in our laboratory but are having difficulty with inter-day
reproducibility of results.
Other authors have reported a problem with the stability of INH and its
acetyl derivative and we therefore store all samples in cryotubes in a
cooler box with dry-ice (solid carbon dioxide). We do
not have a -70 freezer.
Is there anyone out there that is available to discuss this with us and
make suggestions as to what we are doing wrong?
Thanks
