  To users of the STANPUMP computer-controlled drug administration program:
  
  There is an error in the pharmacokinetic parameter set for Dexmedetomidine
  for human use via computer controlled drug administration. Specifically,
  the V2 was programmed as 113.8. The correct V2 should have been 13.8. I
  apologize for the error. This only affects dexmedetomidine, parameter
  sets 6 and 7.
  
  Users can get the corrected version of STANPUMP, dated 12/6/95, from my
  Internet server by anonymous FTP to pkpd.icon.palo-alto.med.va.gov, or
  by WWW at URL: http://pkpd.icon.palo-alto.med.va.gov.
  
  If users of the STANPUMP program are aware of any other problems, I am
  always eager to learn of them to keep the program functioning reliably.
