In view of the recent correspondence about flucytosinr (5FC) I
wondered what people took as "normal levels", when and how often
they assayed the drug, and how the assay was done.
I have seen this in print....
"The dose and interval should be adjusted so as to produce peak
serum concontrations of about 70-80 mg/L and trough
concentrations of 30-40 mg/L."
