Could anybody indicate me the pKa value of Betaxolol, and/or the relevant
literature?

A 2% solution of betaxolol in water has a pH of 4.5 to 6.5. This is from the
Martindale 30th edition pharmacopoeia. No pKa listed. Hope this helps.

The AHFS Drug Information 94 p 1855 lists the pKa of betaxolol HCl as 9.38
