There are several texts in pharmaceutical statistics. For clinical
trials or otherwise, a couple of good books are:
[1] Planning pharmaceutical clinical trials: basic statistical
principles. William M. Wooding
[2] Statistical methodology in the pharmaceutical sciences. Donald A.
Berry.

You might want to look at:
Van Boxtel et al. "The In Vivo Study of Drug Action". Elsevier 1992
This book attempted to cover most of what you ask for but of course it
is now 5 years old. Principles havent changed much however.
