By "generate" I presume you mean simulations of clinical trial
responses. If this is so then perhaps you could indicate why you think
this would be helpful then maybe the software you want may be easier to
define.

Another consideration for a PC based package is ADAPT from David
D'argenio. Sorry I dont have the information with me right now but if
you are interested email me. The price is right (free) but it does not
score to high on the user friendly side. Depends on how familiar you are
with fortran. It's major strength is its flexibility
