I am after a simple to use PK/stats package that will do work out forward PK
parameters / C.I. / Power calculations etc. suitable for analysis of
bioequivalence studies. In the past we have used several programs including
Minitab and SPSS for the stats.
Does anyone have suggestions.
Thanks in advance,
Noel

In reply to Noel Cranswick:
For a really flexible PK package with high quality parameter estimation
algorithms, you
owe it to yourself to take a look at SAAM II. The package was recently
released in
version 1.0 and was developed at the University of Washington by the NIH-funded
Resource Facility for Kinetic Analysis. You can look at their homepage
(which can be
found on the "useful links" section of my website (URL below) or you can
call them at
1-800-421-SAAM.
