Hello there,
I am currently trying to study patchable drug onto the mucous membrane.
And before start to examine in the human subject, I want to study in dogs.
When I was trying to maintain it on the oral mucosa it was ended with
failure, they ate it.
Is there anybody who have tried things like this?
Please let me know how I can fix it there until the drug is absorbed completely.
Are there any bandage or tape which can withstand on the mucosal surface with
minimum uncomfortability to animals?
.... sincerely yours,
Won Yong Lee, D.V.M., M.Sc.
