Could anyone respond to the incidence of hyperglycemia in diabetic patients
taking gabapentin for the pain of polyneuropathies?

I have one case of a client taking 300 mg at hs followed by an increase of
the a.m. blood sugar by 50-75 mg.  When other variables were controlled and
the medication was witheld, the blood sugar results returned to the expected
range.
