Hello everybody,
I am currently interested in the intracellular PK of galactosylated
proteins. I intend to investigate the fate of those proteins after being
endocytosed by hepatocyte (i.e. endosomal sorting, lysosomal proteolysis,
biliary excretion etc.).
Does anyone have any experience with this topic? Any comments on methodology
(subcellular fractionation, PK evaluation.......) or literature sources are
appreciated.
