dear subscribers,
       i am interested in the simulation of nonlinear dynamic systems
in biological organisms.these include pharmacokinetic and
bio-pharmaceutical sysytems too.i use a software called PSPICE to model
these systems in terms of electrical circuit elements. currently i am
trying to develop a model for the intestinal absorption of norfloxacin
( including the effect of p-glycoprotein mediated efflux in the gut ).
i am keen to know if any of you share any of these interests and if so the
kind of systems you have modelled in the past.
