[I'm sorry if this is a repeat - db]
David,
Could you please send the Following Email to the PharmPK discussion
group.
Many thanks,
Steven Martin
I am interested in investigating renal disposition of a protein using
the isolated perfused rat kidney under filtered and nonfiltered
conditions. At present, our group does not have this expertise, so I am
looking for a laboratory that is has experience with this technique and
is presently conducting similar studies.
I would be very interested to hear from either a lab performing these
type of studies or, someone who has worked with a lab previously. All
feedback, good and bad, gladly accepted.
Thank you for your time and help,
Steven Martin

Duncan Ferguson at the University of Georgia College of Vet Med has
expertise in isolated rat kidney. He looked at kinetics of thyroxine and
metabolite clearance using that model. Try
The few I did while a grad student their were fiddly! Good Luck.

Dear Steve,
Our lab performs studies with isolated perfused rat organs (liver
and kidney). If you need any information please let me know.
