Hi:
  I would appreciate if anyone can provide me some information on
physiological change with age:

1 how the membrane transfer change with age?  I think when a person
is getting older, the membrane permeability should decrease.  But is
there any quantitative information?

2. How the kidney elimination changes with age?

3.  How dose the liver bile change with age?

4.  How the binding between a foreign chemical and plasma proteins
     (or tissue constitute) change with age?
