Dear Colleague
This is my first question.
My friend asked me about the ststistical analysis in ANOVA.
If you know outlines, characteristics or good references about
the Newman Klaus(?) method in ANOVA, please informe me.
Best regard

Dear Colleague:
The Newman-Keuls or Student Newman-Keuls test is a multiple comparisons
test which is used to determine differences in specific mean pairs
following ANOVA. The mathematical formula for the test and the look up
tables should be contained in any modern treatise on statistical
analysis
which includes a discussion of ANOVA and post-hoc testing. The SNK is
discussed in "Primer of Biostatistics", 3rd Edition by Stanton A.
Glantz,
McGraw-Hill publishers, 1992.
Best regards,
Gerald Johnson III, Ph.D.

My advice:
If you are interested in PK and PD you should first try asking
your questions in terms of PK and PD models rather than P
values. ANOVA is the last resort for data analysis in this area.
