It seems to me that you have what you need for PK/PD modeling.
I think that Joga Gobburu is right in his statment.
Using the Kinetica (Simed) PK/PD fitting analysis I think you can solve some
problems. This program use the model proposed by Sheiner, 1979. You can do
single dose, multiple dose analysis, using IV bolus, extravascular space, IV
infusion and zero order input. All depends what are your end points, what
time of drug is going to be analysed, on what subjects (human, animals).
Good luck

Dear Colleges
The use of single daily dose of aminoglycosides is now an usual procedure in
clinical practice. Gentamicin is used in a 5mg/kg/day dose and amikacin in a
15-20 mg/kg/day dose. These doses are used in adults and children. There are
several publications on their pharmacokinetic analysis
1- Has anybody done a pharmacokinetic analysis using 250 mg/m2/day of
gentamicin in comparison to 5mg/kg/day in adults suffering from
hematological malignancies?
In a pilot study we got statistical difference between the Cmax of those
protocols, no difference between Cmin, t 1/2, Kel, AUC 0-inf, MRT were
found. Both groups had similar clinical characteristics. The daily dose in
both groups was not different statistically.
Advice, sincerely and thank you
