Does anyone know of contract labs that perform assays
on liposomal drugs in plasma to determine the encapsulated
versus free drug using size-exclusion or other techniques?
Thanks,
Varun

What kind of drug you have inside the liposomes, Is the method of
determination of that drug is already established?

We perform PK of encapsulated Doxorubicin (Caelyx) in serum of
cancer patients after polychemotherapy with:
- Cyclophosphamide and Prednisone
- with Docetaxel
encapsulated amount of doxo in liposomes is determined by
ultrafiltration.
