I found the book "Design and analysis of Bioavailability and Bioequivalence
studies" by Shein-Chung Chow & Jen-Pei Liu (1992) quite interesting for
clinical trials with PK objectives.

I would appreciate if anybody could forward me some references of books or
articles on Design & Analyses of Pharmacodynamic studies.
These studies might have some special designs not discussed in the
Shein-Chung Chow & Jen-Pei Liu's book.
