A very useful text is Medications And Mother's Milk by Thomas Hale, Ph.D. -
goes into more detail about Milk - Plasma ratio etc than does Briggs.
Updated yearly.  Dr. Hale also provides a fax line for drugs not listed in
the book (ie new information).  Test is very affordable (about $20).
